The whole world is underwater.
The places where I grew up, the places where I lived as a young man, the places I have been writing about all my life.

Oh, David, thank you for doing this post. Is there any way I can share this on my FB page? If so, tell me how (not too savvy about these things.) I’d also like you if you can to send this post to Sen. Burr and Tillis asking for immediate, emergency federal aid. Mayor Rett Newton is asking everyone in Beaufort and surrounding areas to please help him and Beaufortians by emailing Sen. Burr and Tillis about the havoc wrought here, and the absolutely critical need for aid. Your pictures and words say it all. Thank you! Susan >

thank you, Susan– and yes of course, I’ll send to Sen. Burr & Tillis– as for posting on Facebook, yes, of course, anything– I think if you go to the bottom of my post, you should see a Facebook insignia– if you click on it, it *should* direct you to posting it on your Facebook page! Sure hope you’re doing ok– take care, David
